PRODUCT LICENSE

Any TheCommerceShop extension (paid and free) can only be used in one or more Magento installation.

MONEY BACK

TheCommerceShop offers a 30-day money back guarantee.

From the date of purchase, the customer has up to 30 days to notify the company that they would like to get a refund of the purchased product(s) in a full volume.

Legal action may be pursued if TheCommerceShop determines that the client maintained and continued to use the product(s) after receiving a refund.

PRODUCT UPDATES

Each paid and free extension developed by TheCommerceShop comes with free lifetime updates. Updates are limited to the Magento version branch (1.x.x or 2.x.x)

If the Customer is willing to get additional features added to the original product, a quote will be provided at TheCommerceShop hourly rate.

TECH SUPPORT

TheCommerceShop offers free lifetime free email/live chat support for products purchased on the company’s Site and Magento Marketplace. TheCommerceShop undertakes to timely fix any bugs detected by the Customer when using the extensions.
